Lifting the temporary ban imposed on the import of poultry meat, eggs, and their products and equipment from the State of Kuwait

Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter from the Food and Drug General Authority No. (708/p) and dated (9/1/1444 AH), and referred to it from the Food and Drug Authority’s follow-up to international reports related to food safety in the countries of the world, And based on the report of the World Organization for Animal Health (WOAH) issued on (14/11/1442 AH) corresponding to (24/6/2021), which states that highly pathogenic avian influenza has been controlled in the State of Kuwait and that no new outbreaks of severe avian influenza have been recorded. 

The Food and Drug Authority would like to take note of the issuance of SFDA Resolution No. (123/b) dated 3/1/1444 AH regarding lifting the temporary ban imposed on the import of poultry meat, table eggs, and their products and equipment from the State of Kuwait.​
